Requirements:
1, there are full-time staff responsible for the product sales with good marketing capabilities.
2,there are fixed place for business, computers, equipments, and certain economic strength.
3, there are regulate processes and principles during sales, managements, and after-sales services and be consistent with the company.
4, company’s technical and commercial secret should be kept
5, the agent can enjoy the company’s most favourite price and settle accounts with fixed amount；the company can offer market area protection, provide free promotion materials and samples of promotional products
6, the company will issue a formal proxy certificate and the general agent shall not distribute similar products of other band; annual sales should not be less than 2500 sets
